Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Yes you can. Please email us as soon as possible about the change in shipping address so we may be able to change it before processing your order for shipping.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Please email us as soon as possible. We generally process orders within 1-2 business days, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
I still have not received my package, what do I do?
Please email us with your order number and we will look into that immediately.
Cancel
To cancel your order, if you haven't registered an account during checkout - then the best way is to register an account with the email that you used to purchase here, then you can simply cancel it directly at your profile page after you login. Please note that due to our international shipping nature (we ship directly from the origin!) and also the auto-renew subscription nature, we do not accept cancellations or refunds once you have been charged, because the order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Refund
Our refund policy is fairly straightforward - for all orders including regular subscription orders, if the fulfillment center has not dispatched your order, you'll receive a refund after you cancel your order. If the fulfillment center has dispatched your order, we can't issue a refund as it's an international shipping order. Your local postal service's tracking status (e.g. USPS tracking in USA) is the final thing that we look at.
Can I still drink the tea after its shelf life?
We strive to deliver the most quality tea. We don't guarantee the taste of the tea after it's shelf life. However, it's still drinkable for 2 years if you store well - keep them away from sunlight and moisture.
I felt that it's not easy to open the package, what should I do?
