Mr. Hung’s family is one of the lucky families at the famous Lion Peak Mountain, who make only 300 kilograms of this goodness per year, and they are all processed by hand. It’s also said that the incredible shape of the mountain makes it ideal to harbor safe air currents, providing cleaner and safer air to the farm.
